1) Ose Irosun  is the ruling Odu, a sign of renewal, growth, joy, creativity and happiness this year.

2)This is an opportunity for many to choose happiness over being distracted by fear, holding on to past grudges, hurt and or disappointment. 

3)Some of the global disagreements between nations ,people, concepts, beliefs, separation, fear and aggressive ways of being in the past 9 years  can be healed  through Osun and Olokun energy. 

4)Being compassionate, loving, inclusive and taking responsibility for damage done can be a welcoming energy shift to cool the world of the disconnect and mistrust of government witnessed in several parts of the world 

5) To honor Osun,  take care of the waters in nature, cleanup projects around waterways, rivers and oceans would be great.  Honor Osun through rituals, worship services and finding joy in the middle of sadness. Acknowledging the cooling energy, the nurturing energy of the moon, water in all forms will  bring Osun and Olokun’s generosity.

 Prepare for much rain this year, invest in  flood insurance.

6) If you have worked hard in the past to find joy and peace in your life, don’t give up, this year just have a new way of approaching the concept or idea of it coming again to revisit you. 

7)  It’s important for men to honor women and visa versa. Mutual respect and collaboration can bring balance. This year is going to be a movement, an awareness, recognition of  the power of women, and celebration of women. Adulterous relationships will be discovered.  Avoid quarrels and arguments between spouses, hold space to find solutions through communication, counseling, forgiveness, respect, diplomacy , understanding and the voice of elders .

8) Being generous  this year can bring many surprising blessings to you 

Have an open mind, and hearts this year and we will see miracles right in front of our eyes.

9) Performing humanitarian acts will shift some of the hot energy that could block us from accepting the new direction of the world.

10) Families will see the power that will come through the younger members of their families

16) New conversations surrounding the topic of marriages, It’s important to celebrate and honor marriages. 

 17) Oya is the Goddess of the marketplace, so be careful in and around open market places where there can be problems, accidents and loss. Say a prayer and offer food at the marketplace to Esu and Oya for safety when you enter.
