SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At your scheduled appointment time, call 336-705-1132!!!

​Appointments are scheduled for real-time and must be scheduled at a MINIMUM of 24 hours in advance. Cancellation and rescheduling must also be made 24-hours prior to the appointment scheduled.

A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied.

No-shows, where their client has not called OR canceled their appointment, will be considered a forfeit of services. No funds will be returned, and the $25 fee will be applied. If a client is 15 minutes past their scheduled time without prior notification it is considered a forfeit. 

Please remember to fill in the appropriate time zone when scheduling services. Yeyefini is not responsible for any appointments scheduled within the incorrect time zone.
