Situations, people or things come into our life for a reason, season, or lifetime for us to change

At Yeyefini.com and The International Institute of African Studies and Knowledge. Inc (IIASK.com)  the month of September is dedicated to honoring the season of change Autumn Equinox Mother Goddess Oya, the mother of the Egungun, governess of the marketplace, the Nile River and the transformative power of death, loss and separation. The topic of discussion on The  Ask Yeyefini Show 9/4/2022 will be about the one magic of change .

 As I look towards the last 3 months of the year 2022 I am humbled and grateful for the strength gained through the drastic changes in my life. I am in a number 9 numerological cycle of life and according to the 12 test of life cycle I am in the season of legacy. Boy I did not imagined the change to be such a bitter sweet reward.

To my surprise some of the friendships I thought were to last a lifetime came to an abrupt end. My  plan of retirement in a high rise overlooking the sea was not to be realized. Obatala glided one of my long time dreams of owning, land where I can  lift our ancestral culture while raising livestock and having an herbal garden and school for children. I am so humbled and happy. The change came swift and sweet. At the end of all of this the sweetest thing was the glory of finding new friends, new students and deepening the relationship with my children, grandchildren and my decade long spiritual families. Please share with us how has your life changed in the past 9 months for better or worst. Take a minute to reflect rejoice and move into your new you.

Let’s ask ourselves a few honest questions as we welcome Oya, Fall , Autumnal equinox fast season into our mind body and spirit. Is my diet supportive of a healthy lifestyle. Are my relationship supporting purity, chaos or confusion, what impression am I taking into my senses through my  interactions on social media, Is it time to edit my circle of friends or should I check out from any difficult endeavors and focus on self care right now because you need it and deserve it. God never does his greatest feat in your yesterdays, they are always in your future. There are seasons when you run out of things, God is readying you for your better blessings. Dont be discouraged, pessimistic or sad… God id getting ready to release your blessings

The fall season of classes for SEIE. If you have completed our Mediumship Training level 1 program, we welcome you to register to our monthly Graduate Mediumship Sessions. I am excited about the new teachers and new programs in both of our Children’s Rites of Passage program  Registration is also open for the upcoming classes in October  for Ancestors Altar Consecration with Baba Akinbola Osuniyi and myself.
