This morning as we bend our knees, meditate, bless our heads, attend to sacred spaces, pour libation, bathe with sacred herbs, stand on the ground without shoes, salute the sun, thank spirit for the rain, sit in silence, cry, sing, read, jump for joy or sit while grieving the loss of a loved one, remember that Olodumare, Source, God, Ancestors, spirit is preparing an unexpected reward for you
Sometimes we can become disconnected, disheartened, or give up hope. Today, give thanks if it seems like doors have been closed to you, opportunities went to other people though you were the best one qualified for the position, be grateful because Spirit has not overlooked you.
In life here is a season for everything. You may be in a season of waiting, reflecting and building patience. On this number 5 day of flexibility, watch for all the miraculous blessings that will come by the end of the day. The right people, circumstances, coincidences, laughter and success will be yours before sunrise tomorrow.
Yesterday was the anniversary of some major events in my life which taught me how to appreciate the waiting season. Yesterday marked the 3rd anniversary of my life long dream of owning 5 acres of land and having a large garden. Yesterday also was the 1st anniversary of the launch of my autobiography The Living Shrine. I assumed the book’s success would have been embraced a little differently. It hasn’t gained the popularity I thought it would. I know that Olodumare, God, Spirt, Orisa has me in a waiting season.
It is easier to give God thanks when door are open, however the closed door are a preparation for bigger and better things in our life
Like me, stay flexible, enjoy the time of waiting, knowing that spirit has a bigger and better plan that is probably unimaginable for us.
