In preparation for our Sunday Worship Service on October 19, 2025, you are asked to participate in the following two daily rituals for 7 consecutive days:

DAILY MEDITATION:

What to do: Purchase (if you do not already have one) a 7-Day White Candle.
How: Light the candle and sit quietly in meditation at your ancestral altar or shrine. If you do not have one, create a sacred space in your home that will be dedicated to your ancestors.
Purpose: Meditate and listen for any messages your ancestors may have for you.
After: Once your meditation is complete, fan out the candle. You will continue using the same candle daily.

DAILY SPIRITUAL BATH:

Ingredients:
- Water
- White Flowers (crushed into the water)
- Efun
- Any essential oil of your choice
How: After preparing the bath, pour it over yourself from the neck down.
Purpose: While bathing, state your intentions, pray, and ask your ancestors for guidance and connection during this sacred period.

PREPARATION for SERVICE:

Begin your 7-Day Ritual on Sunday, October 12, 2025, and continue through Saturday, October 18, 2025.
Perform both, the Meditation and the Spiritual Bath each day—consecutively for 7 days.

On Sunday, October 19, 2025, bring your partially used White Candle with you to our Worship Service which will be held both, virtually and in person. We will then join together allowing our ancestors to meet, gather, and be honored in community.
